Charcoal UI

Patron: Creator support template

Let your audience fund the work.

For creators, writers and open projects funded by supporters: a manifesto hero, a support block with impact tiers, a voting roadmap, the team, a supporter's letter and FAQs.

About the Patron template

Patron lets an audience fund the work. A serif manifesto, patron tiers that say what they pay for, a roadmap patrons vote on, the team, a patron's letter and transparent FAQs.

Let your audience fund the work. It is a complete creator support landing page for React and Tailwind CSS 4, assembled from 8 Charcoal UI sections.

Who Patron is for

  • Reader-funded publications.
  • Open-source collectives.
  • Independent creators.
  • Podcasts and video channels.

What is inside

8 sections, top to bottom:

  • Navbar Floating: A glass pill that hides on scroll down, with a gliding hover highlight and a mobile sheet.
  • Hero Manifesto: Full-height serif manifesto: lines rise in turn, numbered principles and a hand-drawn signature.
  • Pricing Donation: Pay-what-you-want block where each preset amount says what it pays for, with a goal bar.
  • Features Roadmap: Public roadmap in Now, Next and Later columns with upvotes that re-sort the cards.
  • Team Grid: Remote team grid: big initials over a duotone photo of each person's city, with bios on hover.
  • Testimonials Letter: A customer's thank-you letter on lined paper with a serif body, a P.S. and a self-drawing signature.
  • FAQ Grid: Questions laid out in a grid with a contact card, for short answers.
  • Footer Minimal: One quiet row: brand, a few links and the year.

How it is built

Roadmap votes and patron tiers are props. Every section is a separate Charcoal UI section, so you can reorder, remove or restyle any of them, and the accent colour is one CSS variable on the page wrapper.
