# Plasma · Pro

The classic summed-sine plasma, folded into a two-tone palette instead of a rainbow. The pointer adds a ring source the pattern focuses on.

## With a Pro seat

1. Add the registry to components.json:

2. Copy your licence key from https://charcoalui.com/dashboard and put it in .env.local as CHARCOAL_LICENSE_KEY, then:

To read Pro source through this MCP server, reconnect it with the header "Authorization: Bearer <licence key>".

## API — Plasma

| `speed` | `number` | `1` | Multiplier on the flow rate. |
| `scale` | `number` | `1` | Pattern size; higher means more, tighter cells. |
| `color` | `string` | `"var(--ember)"` | The hot colour; any CSS colour. |
| `opacity` | `number` | `1` | Overall opacity of the layer, 0–1. |
| `mouseInteractive` | `boolean` | `true` | The pointer adds a ring source the plasma focuses on. |
